Spanning 2.5 acres in the Hamptons, Sagaponack Road is the ongoing conversion of an existing spec home into a custom family residence. Alexandra Khomenko currently serves as the technical bridge between the lead interior designer, architects, and contractors, guiding the project from early concept sketches toward final site execution. By translating initial designs into detailed documentation for the trades, she is helping to completely reimagine the home's structural skeleton into a highly tailored estate.

Set on 2,200 square meters in the exclusive Gold Coast suburb of Cabarita, Cabarita Boulevard is a custom beachfront residence designed to balance striking coastal aesthetics with durable interiors. Serving as the technical design lead, Alexandra Khomenko collaborated directly with the lead architect to bridge spatial concepts with complex site logistics. She managed the technical execution from groundbreaking to completion, translating early ideas into precise, executable trade drawings.

Set on a 550 square meter site in the Melbourne suburb of Toorak, Doffen Place pairs contemporary residential design with a deep focus on material craft. The architecture is defined by sculptural forms and a highly tactile palette, notably featuring handmade Krause clay bricks and custom stonework throughout. Over a 14-month development cycle, Alexandra Khomenko worked alongside the senior architect to direct the project's technical detailing, translating bespoke material specifications into precise, buildable site solutions.

Set in the leafy Melbourne suburb of Beaumaris, Dalgetty Road is a dual occupancy residential project that prioritizes individual character. Rather than simply mirroring one another, the two custom townhouses were designed to maintain complete spatial distinction, privacy, and architectural independence. Serving as the technical lead alongside the primary architect over a 13-month timeline, Alexandra Khomenko managed the cross-disciplinary workflow between the client, design team, and joinery fabricators to successfully realize the build.

Spanning 1,000 square meters in Melbourne, Vere Street is an 18-month custom build designed to balance exterior privacy with expansive, open-plan family living. Defined by a rich palette of Venetian plaster, Italian marble, and natural oak, the residence features integrated subterranean spaces and bespoke wellness facilities. Collaborating directly with the lead architect, Alexandra Khomenko managed the project's technical coordination, bridging complex interior detailing with the home's overarching architectural envelope.
